At CK&Co Soy Candles, we carefully hand-pour and pack each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (product launches, markets, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $125 AUD
- Orders under $125 will have shipping calculated at checkout
Delivery Timeframes
We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal services.
Estimated delivery times:
- QLD: 2–5 business days
- Interstate: 3–8 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup from our home salon in Lawnton, QLD
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready
- Pickup is by arrangement only
- Please wait for confirmation before arriving

CK&Co Soy Candles is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
